# Довідник комісій Binaryx

Детальне пояснення комісій та зборів, що стягуються платформою Binaryx:

* Ми стягуємо комісію за придбання токенів «Будівництво» у розмірі 5% від суми інвестиції.
* Ми стягуємо комісію за придбання токенів «Оренда» у розмірі 5% від суми інвестиції.

**⚠️ Примітка:** Комісія включена в суму інвестиції і не сплачується додатково до суми інвестиції.

Якщо ви продаєте токени на P2P-ринку, ви сплачуєте 3% знижки для майбутнього покупця та 2% за кожну транзакцію. Загальна сума становить 5% від суми продажу.

Якщо ви обираєте інвестиційну стратегію «Пріоритетний продаж токенів», ваші токени розміщуються в окремій пріоритетній черзі для швидшого продажу з ринковою комісією 5%.

**⚠️ Примітка:** Наразі для наших інвесторів не передбачено жодних інших комісій, що сприяє комфортному інвестуванню та зростанню спільноти. Про введення нових комісій ми повідомимо інвесторів окремо.

Нарешті, Binaryx бере 5–8% від розробника за кожну успішно токенізовану та продану нерухомість.
