Investment Strategy Guide
1. Introduction to Investment Strategies
The Binaryx platform is designed to offer investors maximum flexibility and transparency, while introducing innovative tools and features that not only deliver greater value to our users but also provide a competitive advantage in the market.
Investment Strategies are part of the "Construction Investment" product. With these strategies (hereafter referred to as IS), you can select the most suitable approach to earn returns on properties in the construction phase, aligned with your long-term financial goals.
2. How It Works
2.1. Announcement Period — Upcoming Strategy
Approximately two months before a project’s expected completion date, the Investment Strategy selection period is announced. You will see an informational banner in the Portfolio section, and the project’s status will change from Funded to Upcoming Strategy.
By clicking [More info] on the asset, you’ll be able to access additional details and subscribe to Telegram notifications to stay informed.
Clicking [Take a quick tour] will launch a brief walkthrough explaining how Investment Strategies work.
2.2. Strategy Selection Period
This is a key step for all investors in a project. During this phase, each investor selects how they want to generate returns from their construction tokens.
Once the selection period starts, you’ll be notified via email and Telegram (if subscribed). From that moment, you have 30 days to choose a strategy. The project status will change to Strategy Selection, and a countdown timer will show how much time remains.
In your project interface, the [Choose strategy] button will appear. Clicking it will open a short explanation (which can be skipped) and launch an interactive quiz that helps identify the best strategy for your goals.
After completing the quiz, you’ll see a recommended strategy with a detailed description and token distribution (if you choose Sell or Combined). Once confirmed, a success message will appear.
Note: You can change your strategy at any point during the 30-day period. After the deadline shown in the More info section, changes are no longer possible.
2.3. Strategy Execution
Once the selection period ends, the project status changes to Strategy Execution. This means your chosen strategy is now active.
You can receive income in three ways, depending on your strategy:
Hold & Earn — earn rental income;
Sell — sell tokens to realize appreciation;
Combined — mix rental income with partial token sales.
For the Sell strategy, there are two sale modes:
Standard Sale — tokens are listed for sale in the regular queue.
Priority Sale — tokens are sold faster, with a 5% early-sale fee.
As investors opt for Sell strategies, two separate sale pools are created. Once execution begins, the project appears on the Marketplace as a rental asset, and token sales start:
Tokens from the Priority pool are sold first.
Then tokens from the Standard pool are offered.
The asset is shown in the Marketplace as a rental property and becomes available to other platform users. It begins generating rental income immediately.

2.4. Earning Income from Construction Tokens
Tokens assigned to rental income will appear in your Portfolio under the Rental tab. You’ll see them listed as rental assets with unique yield rates. If needed, you can sell them on the P2P secondary market, just like existing rental assets.
For Hold & Earn, P2P sales are only available after the property is fully sold on the Marketplace.
Tokens designated for sale are placed into either the Priority or Standard pool. Once cumulative token sales reach, for example, 5,000 USDT (this threshold may vary), those funds become available for withdrawal in your Portfolio.
Click [Claim all] to transfer available USDT to your wallet.
3. Strategy Overview
You can choose from three strategies:
Hold & Earn — keep your tokens and earn rental income (with later P2P sale optional);
Sell — sell your tokens at a fixed price or in a priority queue with a 5% fee;
Combined — mix both approaches to match your personal goals.
3.1. Hold & Earn Strategy
This strategy allows you to retain ownership of your tokens and receive passive income through rent. Returns are calculated proportionally based on your share in the property.
You can sell these tokens on the P2P market after the property is fully listed and sold on the Marketplace.
3.2. Sell Strategy
You can choose between:
Standard Sale — tokens are listed at a set price. You continue to receive rental income until they’re sold.
Priority Sale — tokens enter a priority queue and are sold faster. A 5% commission applies. Tokens are sold in order of request time, with preference given to earlier buyers and longer holding periods.
The number of tokens in each pool (Standard and Priority) is shown on the asset’s page in the Marketplace.
While waiting for sale completion, your tokens continue to generate rental income.
USDT Distribution is handled automatically by smart contracts, proportionally distributed to token holders within each pool.
Example: if 10,000 USDT worth of tokens are sold, the proceeds are split across sellers based on their share in the pool.
3.3. Combined Strategy
You can customize your allocation across rental and sales. Example:
40% for rental income;
30% for Standard sale;
30% for Priority sale.
If you don’t select a strategy within 30 days, the system will automatically apply Hold & Earn by default.
4. How to Choose the Right Strategy
Make your choice thoughtfully. After the 30-day selection period ends, changes will no longer be possible (though this may be enabled in future updates).
Suggested Use Cases:
Hold & Earn — for long-term passive income.
Sell → Standard — for a quick exit while still receiving some rental income.
Sell → Priority — for fast liquidation and immediate access to capital, with a fee.
You can always sell your tokens on the P2P secondary market later, whenever it suits your investment plan.
