Open the Binaryx Real Estate Marketplace. Here, you will see properties on sale, their prices, the amounts of tokens available, and the apartments’ descriptions.

We offer two measures of real estate profitability: the APR and IRR (Internal Rate of Return). The APR is how much you will get from rent. The IRR includes the APR plus the expected price growth for this property.

Choose the property which tokens you want to buy. Enter the number of tokens you want to buy. Once you're ready, click "Buy Tokens". Confirm the transaction:
