Open the Bali villa page. Here, you will see the property price, amount of tokens available, and the apartment’s description.

We offer two measures of real estate profitability: the APR and IRR (Internal Rate of Return). The APR is how much you will get from rent. The IRR includes the APR plus the expected price growth for this property.

Enter the number of tokens you want to buy. Once you’re ready, click “Buy Tokens”. Confirm the transaction:
