How do I withdraw my rental income?

Rental income is generated by tenants leasing the property. A professional property management company takes care of everything, from finding tenants and maintaining the property to ensuring timely rent payments.

Collected rental income is automatically distributed to investors daily. Your earnings depend on how many property tokens you own, the more tokens, the larger your share.

Your rental income will accumulate daily from the apartment's rent start date. You can find this date on the apartment's page in the marketplace.

To see how much rental income has accrued, go to Dashboard and see your Total Rent Balance. This is the total amount of earnings that all your properties have brought you to date.

Click “Claim All” to withdraw your earnings, they’ll be transferred to your Wallet in USDT.

Withdrawals are available anytime with no minimum limit.

You can also send USDT from your Binaryx Wallet to any other crypto wallet whenever you like.
